"Terrible agent. Doesn’t answer your calls and avoids dealing with you.. Terrible customer service. Heaven forbid you have a claim on your home. Nothing. Blames everything on the terrible adjuster they send out and then tells you that’s the only one you can use. Literally every house around me got a new roof and the adjuster she sent out that she says is the only she can use says everything is perfect. Every house on the block got a new roof. I have had other roofers assess it and say it needs to be replaced. On my other property, she got the check and never sent. Said it was her fault but needed this same adjuster to come back and look at the additional damage that occurred as the result of her negligence. Do not recommend her or State Farm. My premiums keep increasing but not her customer service or my ability to get damaged covered."
